Plan B Plumbing Solutions are insurance reporting plumbing specialists and have been highly regarded in the insurance industry for over 10 years. Our plumbers are professionally trained and experienced in preparing detailed reports for insurance companies related to all plumbing issues. This includes assessing damage from leaks or floods, determining the cause of the issue, and in some cases providing cost estimates for repairs.

The team at Plan B Plumbing are professionals trained and experienced in identifying and locating leaks in various types of plumbing systems. This includes using specialised equipment such as CCTV cameras, moisture meters, thermal imaging, tracer gas and pressure gauges to locate and diagnose leaks in pipes, valves, and other components.

We have developed proprietary software for job booking to ensure the accurate capturing of data from customer orders. Work orders generated are tracked the result being timely and effective communication between all parties at all times.

Customer orders are processed within a 1-2-hour window from receipt and booked within 3 days of client contact. Emergency jobs are given priority.

We provide reports within 24 hours of the job being completed and same day if requested. Reports are generated to a standard format using proprietary software to ensure consistency and accuracy.
