Meet Judy, the friendly voice on the end of Plan B Plumbing Solution’s phone. She is often the first point of contact for customers who need plumbing jobs done in the Melbourne area.

Judy has an extensive history of administrative experience in a variety of different fields, and brings her knowledge and skill to the role. Judy manages the job bookings for the plumbing team, as well as handling customer queries which keeps her very busy.

Judy started in Plan B Plumbing’s Oakleigh office in February this year, but has since moved to Adelaide to be with her family, and now works remotely.

Plan B Plumbing Solutions is a family-oriented business and were happy to give Judy the opportunity to work from home, and with modern technology, the distance isn’t an issue.

Eagle/dove – fly above to see the bigger picture and being powerful without the need to be a predator

What are three interesting facts about you?

1.I have a twin sister who won runner up for the district netball back in the day – guess who won best player that season?

2. I once got dragged onto the stage at a uni gig to play 1 song on the bass guitar, as the band knew I’d been practising it and had great fun making a fool of me!

3. I had a few seconds of fame as an extra in the crowd shot on the first episode of the Australian Bloom series released earlier this year.

What do you do to get rid of stress?

Take deep breaths, go out and have a drink or two with friends, or dance it off

What’s your favourite way to waste time?

Play Luminosity and Sudoku on my mobile phone
